There are a few options close to Lake Texoma. Anglers Hideaway, and Lakeside Motel are both close. Choctaw Casino in Durant is also close. Lots of my customers love staying there as well.

We can take 6 people on my boat. For groups larger than that, we will bring in another local guide and use multiple boats.

Yes. I'm completely insured and Coast Guard Certified.

What If We Need To Cancel Our Trip?

I do a $125 deposit and if you need to cancel we can move the trip to a different day and the deposit counts for the new day. If you cancel or no show the day of the trip I will keep the $125 deposit.

Are Striped Bass Good To Eat?

Yes, once the red meat is out of the fillets, they are really good.

Do You Clean The Fish?

Yes. I clean them and remove all the red meat out of each and every filet. Then I bag them up for you to transport home.

Do I Need A Fishing License?

Yes. There is a Lake Texoma fishing license for $12. You can buy it anywhere they sell fishing licenses. Wal-Mart sell them, and you can even purchase them online through the Oklahoma Wildlife Department. It's good for the calendar year anywhere on Lake Texoma.

Can I, Or Should I Bring My Own Rod And Reel?

If you have a pole that you would like to use, sure, go ahead and bring it. But you don't need to bring one. I have enough rod and reel combos for everyone that will be in the boat.

If We Catch Our Limit Early, Do We Head Back To The Dock?

No. We will spend time fishing for other species of fish.

How Long Does A Trip Usually Last?

Usually 4 to 6 hours, depending on how the fishing is for that particular day.

What Is Your Boat Like?

I run a 2016 Charger Guide Boat. It's grey and white and has been designed to give customers more room to fish. It also handles rougher water better than other guide boats.

Can We Catch And Keep Other Species Of Fish?

If we limit out early, we'll go get on some other species of fish.

What Is The Lake Texoma Limit For Striped Bass?

You can catch and keep 10 Stripers, with 2 of those being over 20 inches in length. With Sand Bass and White Bass, you can catch and keep 25.
